Altruism Lab — Applied Innovation for Measurable Welfare
Altruism Lab is an applied innovation platform built to solve problems where research, capital, policy, technology, and implementation must work together.
Sentient Welfare
Billions of sentient animals exist inside industrial systems designed primarily around production efficiency rather than welfare. We are developing practical mechanisms for reducing dependence on factory farming by changing institutional demand, accelerating replacement supply, and building the infrastructure required for large-scale food-system transition.
Factory Farm Exit Initiative
Altruism Lab identifies, tests, and scales high-leverage legal, policy, corporate, and economic interventions to reduce and ultimately eliminate factory farming. The Lab publishes intervention briefs and measures animal impact rather than merely running awareness campaigns.
100 Million Meals Initiative
A mission to transition 100 million institutional meals annually toward plant-based alternatives.
Fellowship
Altruism Fellows are outcome-oriented contributors who work on specific problems rather than merely completing a traditional fellowship curriculum.
